Chronology of cameras Achiever
This small camera had a fairly short-lived career in the early 90s. Between toy and gadget, the concept is well studied, but not really innovative, since it has already been used with 110 film. All plastic, it consists of a shell that covers only two-thirds of a 126 cartridge, leaving the delivery part exposed. Above, there is a folding viewfinder, fragile, because also plastic and a wheel to advance the film.
The shutter button is on the front panel.
The back opens to insert the cartridge. That's all for the technique.
The use of plastic makes it inexpensive to produce, which explains why it is found under many names, including as an advertising medium.
Affiliation to the Achiever brand is assumed.
This copy displays the logo of Supasnaps, a chain of English rapid development laboratories. The shape of the logo makes it possible to date the camera between 1995 and 2000.
The camera was offered for film development.
